Pricing, answered

What counts as a "property" and a "unit"?
A property is the place guests book against — a villa, a homestay, a farm stay or a resort. A unit is separately bookable inventory inside it: a second villa on the same land, a cottage, a room or a dorm bed. Every vacation rental property includes 1 unit; resorts include up to 15.
Is GST extra?
No. The amount shown in the calculator already includes GST — that's what you pay.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. Doorloom is a flat monthly subscription. Whether a stay comes from your website, WhatsApp or an OTA, we don't take a cut.
How is it billed?
Quarterly by default, or yearly with 10% off. There's no setup fee, and your data can be exported as CSV at any time — no lock-in.
Can I add or remove properties later?
Yes. Add a property in season or drop one you no longer manage — your monthly cost follows what you actually have.
Do I need the channel manager?
Only if you sell on OTAs and want price and availability synced automatically. If you're mostly direct and WhatsApp-driven, leave it off — you can switch it on later. See how it works.
